Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Process payroll for 200+ employees bi-weekly
- Generate month-end financial statements and variance analyses
- Maintain detailed general ledgers using QuickBooks Online
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with annual audits and tax preparation
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven night shift or remote accounting work history
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS compliance
