Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and government reporting requirements.
- Perform internal audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
- 2-5 years of professional accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) is a must.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Associate degree in Accounting is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
