Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts on a nightly basis.
- Process payroll for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Prepare and generate accurate financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures to meet strict deadlines.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage) is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data sorting).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
