Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Process payroll and tax filings for 150+ employees
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Implement and monitor internal controls for financial data integrity
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks and SAP for daily accounting operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in night shift environment
- Familiarity with GAAP and IRS compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to microscopic detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
