Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements nightly
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with strict attention to detail
- Generate daily financial reports including P&L statements and balance sheets
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely tax compliance
- Support month-end closing procedures with audit-ready documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift preference
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
