Responsibilities
- Review, code, and process high-volume invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Resolve vendor discrepancies and answer billing inquiries promptly.
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers and bank statements.
- Perform month-end close procedures and variance analysis.
- Ensure all financial data is entered correctly into the ERP system (SAP/Oracle).
- Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential).
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills for vendor interactions.
