Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements daily
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Generate month-end financial reports and variance analyses
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and subsidiary ledgers
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
