Responsibilities
- Execute end-of-day reconciliation and closing procedures for multi-entity accounts
- Process high-volume accounts payable/receivable transactions during night shift hours
- Generate and analyze financial reports including P&L statements and balance sheets
- Implement and maintain internal controls for night-shift financial operations
- Coordinate with international teams across time zones for cross-border transactions
- Utilize QuickBooks and NetSuite for real-time financial data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proven expertise in night shift financial operations or remote accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel with macros
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error reconciliation history
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Strong understanding of GAAP and NY financial compliance regulations
