- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance
- Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during night shift operations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA or certification preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail with error-prevention mindset
- Ability to work independently during evening hours
