Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, GA DOL)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within SLA
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and external audits
- Support year-end processes (W-2s, 1099s, 401k reconciliations)
- Train HR team on payroll systems and policy updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or comparable payroll systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Expertise in FLSA compliance and GA payroll tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
