Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll systems
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions with precision
- Prepare monthly financial reports and compliance documentation
- Process journal entries and adjust accounts to ensure GAAP compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks and SAP to manage financial data efficiently
- Support month-end closing procedures with zero tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations
