Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely processing
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA certification or active pursuit required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and team leadership experience
