Responsibilities
- Lead month-end closing processes with 100% accuracy

- Optimize tax compliance strategies across multi-state operations
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Mentor junior accountants while maintaining SOX compliance
- Analyze variance reports and recommend actionable solutions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting + 5+ years progressive experience
- CPA certification required (active license)
