- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closings
- Prepare accurate financial statements, tax documents, and regulatory compliance reports
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
- Maintain organized financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (Sage 100 experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
