- Manage daily transaction processing and account reconciliation for multiple clients
- Prepare and submit financial statements including balance sheets and income reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and payroll processing
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with tax professionals during quarterly/year-end reporting
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions for data analysis
- Provide after-hours financial support for urgent client inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and Washington state tax regulations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with 100% numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Experience with multi-client accounting systems and cloud-based platforms
