Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions and maintain accurate general ledger accounts
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and subsidiary accounts
- Generate month-end financial reports and variance analyses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with strict deadlines
- Assist with tax preparation and audit documentation
- Implement and improve accounting processes using QuickBooks
- Collaborate with international teams during overlapping time zones
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift preference
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AIPB) preferred
