Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Process payroll and tax filings with precision and timeliness
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and vendor relationships
- Maintain financial records using SAP and QuickBooks platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
