Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse business clients
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Maintain QuickBooks Online databases with real-time updates
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance
- Generate financial reports for client reviews and audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Expert knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with pivot table mastery
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines without errors
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- BS in Accounting or Finance preferred
