Responsibilities
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare month-end close reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with 99.8% accuracy rate
- Prepare and analyze financial statements per GAAP standards
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Process payroll for 500+ employees using ADP systems
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting
- Maintain internal controls documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Experience with multi-state accounting operations
- Proficient in Excel with pivot table mastery
