Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile complex financial records with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for executive review
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash management
- Develop financial models for strategic decision-making support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with macros
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
