Responsibilities
- Execute end-of-day reconciliation for high-volume financial transactions
- Process payroll and vendor payments during off-peak hours
- Generate comprehensive financial reports for executive review
- Implement internal controls to prevent after-hours fraud
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Utilize advanced ERP systems for real-time financial monitoring
- Maintain GAAP compliance during non-standard business hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years night shift or after-hours accounting experience
- Expertise in SAP/Oracle and QuickBooks Enterprise
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and macros
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure
