Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Reconciliation: Conduct bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
- Compliance: Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness
- Analysis: Perform variance analysis and budget forecasting
- System Management: Maintain accurate records in NetSuite/ERP systems
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in accounting or finance role
- Credentials: CPA or pursuing CPA preferred
- Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, QuickBooks/NetSuite expertise
- Schedule: Ability to work 11 PM - 7 AM CT (flexible within window)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
