Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct complex reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and intercompany transactions
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes with detailed documentation
- Collaborate with audit teams to ensure smooth financial examinations
- Develop and implement process improvements for financial reporting workflows
- Provide financial insights to guide strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end closing and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
