Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with GAAP compliance
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis for financial accuracy
- Lead tax preparation and compliance for federal, state, and local jurisdictions
- Implement and optimize internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Streamline accounting workflows using automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and advanced Excel functions
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance
