Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payment within 30-day terms
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies with vendors/ERP systems
- Manage employee expense reports and travel reimbursements
- Collaborate with procurement on 3-way matching for PO-based invoices
- Implement process improvements to reduce invoice processing time by 15%
- Prepare month-end AP reports and support external audits
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and payment terms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Proven experience with 3-way matching and PO-based workflows
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in a publicly traded company (SOX compliance)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
