Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes with a focus on accuracy.
- Review and audit financial documents for errors, discrepancies, and compliance with regulations.
- Generate and distribute financial reports and statements for management review.
- Communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding billing inquiries and account discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience (night shift experience is highly preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
