Responsibilities
- Execute end-of-day financial settlements, reconciliations, and journal entries with high precision.
- Review and verify daily financial transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Conduct internal audits of ledgers and financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Maintain and update accounting databases and software systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines during night shifts.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus.
