Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process incoming invoices (A/P) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to management.
- Maintain and update vendor master files and credit terms.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding billing and payments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s preferred).
