Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to assist management in strategic decision-making.
- Assist with payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate weekly disbursements to all employees.
- Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax documents in compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Ensure all financial processes adhere to company policies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in accounting or a related financial field.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
