Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processing with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements and general ledger entries for the night operations.
- Conduct audits and internal controls reviews to ensure full compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in payroll processing and tax preparation for night-shift employees.
- Utilize financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to track expenses and generate timely reports.
- Communicate financial discrepancies to the senior management team promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP is highly preferred.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift schedule.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
