Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform nightly financial closing procedures and generate accurate monthly reports.
- Review and audit invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP standards.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Manage fixed asset tracking and depreciation schedules.
- Respond to financial inquiries from internal stakeholders and external clients promptly.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) to maintain up-to-date ledgers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
