Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 100+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks
- Verify timecards and calculate deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Generate payroll reports and maintain confidential employee records
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Assist with new hire onboarding and payroll documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in accounting preferred
- Basic proficiency in Excel and payroll software (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data
- Excellent communication skills for client and employee interactions
- Willingness to complete payroll certification within 6 months
