Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Process and analyze accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Generate financial reports for executive leadership using SAP and QuickBooks
- Conduct internal audits and ensure GAAP compliance across all accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Support tax preparation and documentation processes
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift preference
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks/SAP systems
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
