Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledgers to ensure accuracy.
- Process and post invoices, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Conduct internal audits and review financial data for discrepancies or potential fraud.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes with precision and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 1-3 years of professional accounting experience preferred (Night Shift experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in large datasets.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote or quiet office setting.
