Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation during night operations.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Support the finance department with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related financial field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
