Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries and perform month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation for the night shift department.
- Conduct internal audits and review financial data for discrepancies or errors.
- Update and maintain accurate financial filing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Must be available to work night shift hours (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
