Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 high-growth SMB clients using QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) with detailed variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with CPAs during quarterly audits and tax season
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows for operational efficiency
- Maintain organized digital financial records with zero-tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks/Xero
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven track record of managing multi-client portfolios
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
