Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable processing during the night shift to ensure timely settlement of financial obligations.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger entries with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Generate and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis and month-end close deliverables.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Maintain and update financial databases and internal accounting systems to ensure data integrity.
- Resolve complex accounting discrepancies and respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders or external vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within a high-volume or 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shift hours.
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
