Responsibilities
- Perform daily financial reconciliations and accurate journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes during off-hours.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for management review.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure strict compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in year-end tax preparation and reporting requirements.
- Review and approve payroll disbursements with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA preferred.
