Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with emphasis on night shift transaction accuracy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles for 24/7 operational clients
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparation
- Monitor internal controls and identify discrepancies in financial data
- Collaborate with international teams during overlapping hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift or remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during non-standard hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
