Responsibilities
- Execute weekly and monthly general ledger reconciliations with precision.
- Prepare financial statements and variance analyses for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Perform internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline weekend closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
