Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with precision and attention to detail
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and resolve discrepancies
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting initiatives
- Support tax preparation and documentation processes
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software systems
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proven expertise in month-end closing procedures
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Experience with financial audits and compliance standards
