- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Conduct audits of accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Assist with tax preparation and documentation
- Maintain digital financial records using ERP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during business hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience in night shift roles
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle)
