Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies during night shift hours
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and maintain vendor relationships
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and ensure timely submission of financial reports
- Support internal audits and SOX compliance documentation during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with day-time team members for seamless financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience with night shift preference
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (SAP/Oracle a plus)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
