Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare accurate financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist in month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Prepare tax documentation and support external audits
- Maintain digital financial records using ERP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during operational handovers
- Identify process improvement opportunities in financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or comparable accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical skills and attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional off-site duties)
