Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with precision
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Coordinate with auditors during compliance examinations
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconciliation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable workflows
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
- Generate comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
