Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts during night shift hours
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and maintain general ledger integrity
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and tax document preparation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Generate financial reports for senior management review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently during night shifts
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting standards
- Ability to thrive in overnight work schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
