Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with precision
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Conduct bank reconciliations and journal entries nightly
- Support month-end closing processes with accurate documentation
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting
- Implement internal controls to safeguard assets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
