- Perform daily/monthly account reconciliations for multi-entity portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial statements under GAAP standards
- Manage night-shift payroll processing and tax filings
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with offshore teams during overlapping time zones
- Develop automated reporting tools for operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation for SOX compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years night shift or remote accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Enterprise
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Valid Arizona driver's license
