- Perform month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with nightly reconciliation cycles
- Conduct variance analysis and financial reporting for global operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and international financial standards
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones during night shifts
- Implement process improvements for night shift financial workflows
- Support audit preparation with organized documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift or after-hours accounting experience
